📜 Terms of Use

1. License Grant

Timi Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use VideoLite on iOS devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the app
• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices
• Redistribute or resell the app
• Use the app to process content you don't have rights to

3. In-App Purchases

VideoLite offers in-app purchases to unlock premium features:

Important:

• Payment is processed by Apple and charged to your Apple ID
• Purchases are non-refundable except as required by law
• To request a refund, contact Apple Support
• Purchases can be restored on any device signed in with the same Apple ID

4. User Content

You retain all rights to the videos you process using VideoLite. The app processes content locally on your device. We do not access, view, or store your videos.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

VideoLite is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Compression results may vary depending on source video characteristics.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Timi Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

7. Third-Party Services

VideoLite uses Apple's App Store for distribution and payment processing. Your use of these services is subject to Apple's terms and conditions. We are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Updates & Changes

We may update VideoLite or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to VideoLite at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vietnam.

This agreement incorporates by reference Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement available at: Apple Standard EULA
